This snack has a crazy name BUT IT IS DELICIOUS. The "flossy pork" is that dried up shredded pork but this tastes so good with its cookie/fortune/egg butter roll shell and a touch of a spicy XO sauce... only available in Hong Kong from Aiji Ichiban stores. We got it as a gift from our agent Ann. The only think keeping me and Peter from devouring all of it at once is the idea we cannot get anymore w/o going to HK... it almost makes you contemplate marrying a Hong Kong businessman so he can go fetch it for you on one of his trips...Sunday, November 11, 2007
